Staff Appraisers Dwight W. Dahlen Dwight W. Dahlen, MAI SRA, is a graduate of Macalester College and has over 30 years of experience in appraising all types of properties. Mr. Dahlen is active professionally and has served the Appraisal Institute on a national level and was Vice Governor for the Five State Region for the Society of Real Estate Appraisers prior to its merger with the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers. Additionally, Mr. Dahlen is active with the local Minnesota Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Dahlen is Vice President of Dahlen, Dwyer & Foley, Inc. and has completed numerous valuation assignments over the years for several of the largest lenders in the Metropolitan Area. Mr. Dahlen holds the Certified Real Property Appraiser License, Minnesota #4001430 and Wisconsin #1110-010. Mr. Dahlen specializes in the valuation of complex recreational properties throughout the State of Minnesota including the valuation of conservation easements. Mr. Dahlen serves as a Contract Review Appraiser for the State of Minnesota. Dwight W. Dahlen's Qualifications Daniel E. Dwyer Daniel E. Dwyer, a graduate of the University of St. Thomas, has been actively involved in appraising commercial, residential, and industrial real estate since 1971. Mr. Dwyer is the Chief Executive Officer of Dahlen, Dwyer & Foley, Inc. and holds the Certified General Real Property Appraiser License, Minnesota #4001170. He has acted as an instructor at appraisal seminars locally and nationally and has qualified as an expert witness regarding real estate values on numerous occasions. A good portion of Mr. Dwyer's work is currently done for various municipalities and/or governmental agencies. Mr. Dwyer brings over 33 years of experience in the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area. In addition to his lengthy work experience, he has volunteered a great deal of his time to the real estate industry and beyond. Daniel E. Dwyer's Qualifications Sean M. Foley Sean M. Foley, a graduate of Colorado College, has over 13 years of appraisal experience. Assignments include all types of commercial, industrial, and multiple-family residential properties as well as vacant land and subdivision analysis. Additional assignments include market and feasibility studies, partnership buy-outs and/or dissolutions and other areas of consultation. Mr. Foley specializes in the preparation of real estate appraisals for a wide variety of commercial lenders in the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area and throughout the State of Minnesota. Mr. Foley is the Chief Financial Officer for Dahlen, Dwyer & Foley, Inc. and holds the Certified General Real Property Appraiser License, Minnesota #20052198. Sean M. Foley's Qualifications Jeffrey A. Dahlen Jeffrey A. Dahlen has been actively involved in the appraisal of real estate since receiving his Bachelors Degree from the University of Minnesota-Duluth in the Spring of 2000. Mr. Dahlen holds the Registered Real Property Appraiser License, Minnesota #20325032, and is currently making progress towards receiving his Certified General Appraising License through additional educational courses and accrued work experience. Mr. Dahlen has assisted in the research, preparation, and when appropriate, analysis of many commercial properties including apartment, office, retail, and light industrial properties. Jeffrey A. Dahlen's Qualifications Michael T. Tinker Michael T. Tinker has been actively involved in real estate for the past four years. Mr. Tinker graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. Cloud State University in December of 2001 where he majored in Geography. Emphasis in study focused on community development, GIS, and spatial analysis. Mr. Tinker has been assisting with commercial appraisal assignments since 2003. Mr. Tinker is a member of The National Society of Collegiate Scholars and Alpha Tau Beta (Geographical Honor Society). Mr. Tinker holds the Registered Real Property Appraiser License, Minnesota #20422639. Michael T. Tinker's Qualifications Jane E. Hammes Jane E. Hammes has been actively involved in real estate appraising since 2001. While focusing on residential properties, Ms. Hammes also assists with relocation appraisals for Prudential Relocation, AMCO, SIRVA and WHR Group, Inc. Ms. Hammes received her Registered Real Property Appraiser License #20362415 in October of 2002 and has an extensive employment history in Human Resources. Jane E. Hammes' Qualifications
